Arbor presses come in all different sizes and ratings. They are rated at different forces measured in TONS. You can use an Arbor press to (typically used for metal fabrication): Assemble Flatten Cut Mark Straighten Broach Punch Stake Pierce Bend I'm sure that there are other uses that you could find for them but these are the most common.
