Question:

What is a good source of fiber?

I've been watching how I eat recently and it just occured to me that there isn't much fiber in my daily dietTo change that, I've been snacking on cereal (Fiber One) which supposedly has 13g of fiber at the cost of 180 calories, per servingThat is without milk since I'm not too fond of milk.I'm fine with eating 2 servings of this to meet the requirements of the fiber I need to digest but I was wondering if anyone else would have any suggestions to other high fiber sources or something with fiber that I could eat alot of that wont effect me much. Thanks alot!

Answer:

The center bore is probably stuck to the hubWe use a spray called PB Blaster at our shopsWD-40 will work as wellLift the vehicle, remove all the lug nutsSpray a good amount of PB Blaster where the face of the hub meets the wheel and let it soakAfter that, all you can do is start kicking.
A bowl of Oatmeal every morning is a fantastic source of fibers!
You mean the lugnuts are off? try spraying oil, or liquid wrench or even pour brake fluid between the wheel and hub and let it soak, then yank on it back and forth or use a rubber mallet to hit the backside of the rim, if its really that stuck after all that lower it back to the ground w/ the lugnuts off but you could chip the rim if it pops out hard
This is a front wheel, right? Make sure ALL the lug nuts are off(sounds stupid but it does happen)Make sure the truck is braced securely and either get under there and kick the piss out of it or beat the piss out of it with a weighted malletAfter you get it off apply a coat of high temp never sieze to the hub where the rim seats.
