I currently have a pallet of products in my garage that I need to move across the road to a commercial building. Would like to not have buy anything to get the job done.
usually a retainer is used after you have braces....braces straighten your teeth out when the orthodontist tightens them. as far as pallet spreader...i'm assuming its the same thing as an expander which goes on the roof of your mouth and adjusts your jaw (whether you have an underbite or an overbite) i had that done before i had braces because i had an underbite which caused a big gap in my teeth. but braces won't make your teeth move. after you get them removed thats when you wear your retainer. make sure you wear it during the times the dr tells you or your teeth will grow back crooked. but next appointment you have make sure you ask lots of questions. don't be shy...its the drs job to answer questions.
I am not sure of why you are wearing a retainer prior to getting braces. The only situation that I have heard of similar occurance is when a orthodontist is trying to correct the arch of mouth or something similiar. Trying to change the shape for some reason. Even then they do not use a traditional retainer but some sort of stretching device. Please clarify your situation as to why you are wearing your retainer prior to braces. I have had my braces off for around 3 years and still wear my retainer every night. I dont want to risk having to get braces again.
