are metals Cations or Anions?
Of those genres, the only one I'm really familiar with is doom metal, the defining characteristic of which is that you play slow. The first four Black Sabbath albums, I would call archetypical doom metal. St. Vitus and Cathedral are two examples of classic doom metal bands, although I believe Cathedral expanded their musical vocabulary over the years. Black metal, I like, but don't listen to a lot. I know there's a lot of blast beats.
