Question:

What is Bystrictin and does it actually work?

There is not a lot of information online that is from actual users of BystrictinHas anyone used Bystrictin and does it work wonders like they advertise?

Answer:

Ive never thought of that! I think that a con would be that the cotton would be all stiff.
I don't understand the questionDo you have a drop spindle? or are you spinning in some other way? There are many ways to spinnot only with a wheel or a spindleCotton is very short fibre, so you need a lot of twist to hold it togetherThe trick is getting an even yarnYou will also find that if you ply your yarns, it will hold together betterI've used a couple of pencils held together with rubber bands and it worked really well to spin cotton - it was actually rayonMuch of the stuff in the pill bottles, or sold as beauty puffs, is really rayon - look at the labelBut it works much the same wayAny kind of a stick with a weight on it, will workA pencil stuck in a potato, a wooden spoon, a branch of a tree, a section of a wire coat hanger - I've used them allThe tool doesn't matter as much as the skill of the operator.
My sister and brother-in-law both lost a lot of weight with Bystrictin and they swear by itMy mom just started it and she said she really feels full and eating much lessDrOz had a show about this technique of special fibers that expand in your stomach and make you eat lessThe point is to reduce your calorie intakeSo Bystrictin should fill you up so you don’t eat excess caloriesI can't take because I'm lactose intolerant and the company told me the product does contain lactoseI'm hoping they come out with a lactose-free versionBut you can probably find some of these fibers on your ownThey are called water soluble fibers that you can purchase online or at health food stores or maybe Whole FoodsBetter to buy the ingredients in a powder and mix in liquid than taking capsules so they expand more in stomachBut not sure about the taste and costDrOz had a show where he made a glucomannan (sp?) shake, which is one of the ingredients in BystrictinIf you make your own version, you can also add protein to make it more nutritious and help with your metabolism and lots of flavoring and calorie-free sweeteners so it doesn’t taste nastyBut Bystrictin also seems like a pretty healthy drink with lots of protein and vitamins and I’ve heard tastes pretty goodHope this helps.
