Question:

What is Scientific About a Ferris Wheel?

i have a report due tomorrow and i need to write about how a ferris wheel is scientific. please tell me how one works etc.

Answer:

easy! nothing its just a simple machine that spins around
Actually do research on the ferris wheel drive system, seat orientation, etc. all bluntness aside, ferris wheels are essentially large circular track balls that are powered by tires at the bottom. the tires drive on railings attached to the spokes of the wheel and rotate the ferris wheel in the process.
i learned the basics in about 30 seconds ( clutch ) no joke. it was on a dr125 so it was easy. i still dumped it once or twice within the 1st year but i was about 12. i never dumper my nighthawk 650.
Like everyone has said, its not hard to learn to ride.the bit part of learning is to always watch the other person because u know what ur going to do and most people don't look for bikes when they drive. So what I'm trying to say is watch everyone around u like they r crazy,u never know what they will do. And to the guy that wears cowboy boots, guess u never learned to get the knots out of ur shoes? hahaha
27 years and counting. I still learn things I wish I knew 27 years ago. It probably took a year or two and quite a few miles to get to the point I wasn't a total danger to myself on the street. After several hundred thousand miles on bikes over the years, I still run into situations I never dreamed of. You can't ever stop paying attention. If you stop learning, think you know everything, you stop improving your skills.
