Question:

What is the advantage of a 4 wheel drive over a 2 wheel drive?

What is the advantage of a 4 wheel drive over a 2 wheel drive? What is the advantage of a front wheel drive over a rear wheel drive? What is the difference between a sedan and a saloon and a suv and a muv?

Answer:

Have the brake system inspected by a trusted private mechanic or Dodge Dealer. They are equipped to pressure bleed the brake system. Brake fluid doesn't disappear for no good reason. Every inch of all the brake lines, master cylinder and hoses should be inspected for leaks.
Im just answering the original question: 4 wheel drive helps you accelerate with better traction due to all four wheels powering instead of two. i changed my mind- front will drive will pull you through turns, trucks racing cars are real wheel drives usually, u cannot haul w/ front will drive- will mess up car-happened to me before sedan- 4 door car saloon/muv- idk haha suv- ex is a tahoe, explorer, trailblazer, etc.
A saloon is the same thing as a sedan. Americans say sedan, Europe English speakers say Saloon. Sedans have 4 doors. A coupe has 2 doors. I'm American; I like to say saloon for high end and/or foreign cars such as the Rolls Royce Phantom.
4 wheel drive is better for all terrains. 2 wheel drive is more of your street style cars. Front wheel drive is best in my opinion for the winter because you are less likely to lose control of your vehicle. Rear wheel drive takes more effort to get the car going because it has to push the entire car with the back wheels. Front wheel drive just simply pulls the car.
IN addition to above COUNTRY BOY answer, realize that ALL brake fluids SPOIL with time. They get dark brown and turn into liquid sludge and even get grainy like SANDPAPER. with time, they wwill ruin and shrivel the MASTER CYLINDER internal seals, and cause internal leask there. It ALSO causes most brake calipers na dwheel cylinders to clog up, jamb and cost MORE MONEY with time! the simple answer is to CHANGE this fluid every 2-3 years, or when it gets DARK BROWN It has done it's job, and now is getting DESTRUCTIVE! AN internal oleak is many times impossible to find. MY BEST GUESS is that the fluid you pump with your brake pedal is slippiong opast the FLUID SEALS and causing loss of pressure.the GOOD NEWS is that many times it can HEAL itslef if a full fluid FLUSH AND FILL is done. I ONLY USE the GENUINE FACTORY FLUIDS here. Generic fluids please NO ONE or not ALL brake systems. They are more cheaply made and contain improer esdter compounds many times. There is NO universal. and each country that makes CARS uses a different chemical compositiion here. GOOD LUCK!
