I am looking for a house to rent and am having an argument as to when is the best time to look for a houseHe says it's in the spring because then we wont have to move in the snowy cold , Canadian, winterI say it's better to move in the winter because then we can see how he insulation is in the house and how much heat it does or doesn't let out(our present place has very bad insulation and is covered in ice.)Any ideas?
