what is the best way to move the plants from one spot to another to avoid its decay or dead?

from time to time i move the small plants/roses within my home garden but unfortunately i lose few .

Answer:

Good advice from Ang. Fertilome makes a product called Root Stimulator instructions for mixing on the package. Any time you plant or transplant water them in with a good drink of stim. Prevents shock.
Make sure you water your plants thoroughly a few days before planting so when you transplant, the soil sticks to the roots. For bushes like blueberries, I dig around the bush long before I transplant them. This way, they start forming new roots even before they are transplanted. Keep your bushes watered. Have your new planting hole dug before you dig up your plant. Then immediately upon digging up the plant...transfer it into its new home. Make sure you thoroughly water the newly transplanted plants ...and don't allow them to dry out while they're getting established. Transplant when it's cooler in the evening , if necessary, provide some temporary shade, so they're not adversely affected by too much sun. Good Luck! Hope this is helpful.
