Question:

What is the better device a Kindle Fire or Nook Color? Or is there a better device with a comparable price?

I am looking to purchase a book reader/tablet so that I will be able to buy e-books for college, but also want something that will be fun to have around. So far for the money I want to spend (around of under $250 if possible) I have found that the Kindle Fire and Nook Color are probably my best choices, but I am not good at this type of research. I want something that is e-book compatible, has no monthly contract, has as many other features as possible, and is around $250 or under. I like some of the extra things that offers, such as more deals with a Prime account, but the lack of storage makes me nervous. What is my best choice?

Answer:

Well, when you ask how much trouble it would be, ask yourself who you might be in trouble with. That is a question for whomever is in charge of enforcing the fire code in your area. It can definitely be done, but the protection system you will have to replace it with depends on your local regulations.
Personally, headlamps are not a a good idea. I hate running with anything on me, even a watch. A headlamp is heavy and it could get very annoying. I don't want to discourage you, but I wouldn't. Handheld flashlights are good as long as they are small and lightweight.
