Supply, Rexal Nor-Cal Elect. or you can order it for a price at Lowes/HD/Ace. . 1/4 thick?If it is for grounding you might want to look into a copper bus bar used for bonding grounds to, and can be located at same supply houses.

A tire shop should have a manual to the exact tire size. I have the 16 inch wheels on mine and it takes 205/50/16. A rare oddball size tire in the tire world. It costs a bunch, so I bought the 205/55/16 for $40 less per tire.
