best option would be to jum in deep water. failing that- a shower. failing that- cover it with some cloth- preferably wet of course if the first piece of cloth happens to be plastic fiber, or soaked with hair spray tough. the main idea is to cut off the air supply to the fire as quickly as possible - so best smother it out even with bare hands rather than run for a state-of-the-art fire extinguisher after that- the standard ABC: check airway, breathing, cardiac action cover the burn area with cool/ wet cloth (no cleaning on the spot unless some strange chemicals were used) and get to emergency if any chemicals were involved, take the containers with the casualty. not only beause of the burn itself, but also because of possible inhaled fumes make sure everyone else gets checked for inhalation injury- ESPECIALLY including the first-aider
