There are some bearing that I was looking at and one says ABEC 5 and naother says ABEC 7, what is the difference and is there better ones and recomand which ones are better. Thank you.

Actually, the ABEC rating is quite misleading. technically, if you get an ABEC 5, it won't be slower or faster than ABEC 7.
