According to Guinness book of records (a few years ago), the world's easiest languages are Aymara (spoken around lake titicaca), Papiamentu (some dutch/spanish creole spoken on dutch antilles) and EsperantoApparently Aymara is so rich that it hasn't needed to adopt any foreign word yet, and so stable that it has barely changed itself in many centuriesI've heard it's been used to program computers because of its strictnessI also know aymara and Esperanto have been used as experimental bridge language for machine translationUsing a bridge-language requires less programming if you translate between more than 3 languages, and apparently Aymara and Esperanto are the least unsuitable languages for that role
