The adhesive rollers only pick up the loose hairs, I need something that can extract the hairs that are threaded into and below the surface. Foam rubber padding works to some extent when dragged over the surface, but there has to be a better discovery out there. Any suggestions?
Why might want to they substitute the regulation to that? that would not help the state, extraordinarily with image enforced intersections, or for police officials to be certain a vehicle from the front- why might want to they substitute the regulation to be a lot less useful to regulation enforcement?
Place the hydrant at the origin (0, 0). Then at t 9 sec. the northbound dog is at the point (0, 18). The east bound dog, who passes the hydrant 1 sec. later, is now at the point (27, 0). Rate of change is calculated like slope. (difference of y values)/(difference of x values.) So this becomes (18 - 0)/(0 - 27) which 18/-27 or -2/3. good luck!
