I am looking to get away one weekend to San Luis Obispo for such an activity- but I can‘t find relevant information on it likely because I don‘t know the proper name of the activity (or the motor vehicle used for it). Can anyone help? Thanks,
i think your talking about sand rail but you could use a dune buggy or ATV
have you replaced the flint
Loosen the spring screw, they are hard to strike when the flint is new, once it burns in, it will work, do tiny wheel flicks at first, forward direction, until she burns in. Keep the spring screw loose at first few times, when the flint Burns in, tighten/adjust spring screw slightly, REMEMBER LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all ZIPPO Lighters, and THEY DO stand behind their product 100%, the lid broke on mine, I only asked if it could be fixed, and they sent me a new one.
There is either a piece of flint stuck in it, or a small piece of metal from the making of the wheel. Try to dislodge it with a long needle, or probe, like a dental pick. If you cant dislodge it, send it to Zippo, and they will send a new one to you at no charge. If it ever breaks ,or you have a problem, they'll send you a new one forever,or as long as you own it,at no charge.
Either an ATV, Dune Buggy, or Sand Rail. Try those.
