What is the proper height to mount a fire extinguisher, as per NFPA 10 guidelines?

Answer:

either wear a pad and underwear or a tampon or just bleed on the sheets and bedding
Just because you've slept nude your whole life, doesn't mean that you just can't wear underwear at night. That's weird. There is no other way besides letting the blood get everywhere. Just deal with it, wear some bikini underwear and an over night pad. Get use it, it will be there most of your life.
first of all CONGRATS!! but you're growing up now and during this 3-5 day period sleep in underwear and a pad. It is the only way to sleep as nude as possible without making a mess. It wont be so bad, trust me and its only a couple of days every month.
Fire extinguishers have a gauge that tells if they are still functional. If th gauge did not show in the green then it needs refilling. Only those that are metal are refillable. Plastic tops are not. In businesses the extinguishers are checked yearly. They are checked by looking at the gauge . You should shake them every few moths because if the powder gets hard in the bottom they will not work.
Get bathsheets and towels you don't care about. Keep these as your period towels Take one of the towels and fold it in half. Place around your lower region of your body and lay on top of it. You can also go to a medical supply store or online and look up drawsheets. Nursing homes and hospitals use them. They have a quilted white side and the other side is usually a solid color like blue, pink, beige,or green. Buy a couple. They are washable and reusuable. They will protect your sheets from your period. Also you should try Depends. They are very comfortable and they are disposable. You can get a pack of 30 at Walgreens for $21.Get the Walgreens brand disposable panties.Target sells them too and so does Walmart. They are comfy and disposable and you won't feel it too much. They should last you 2 to 3 months. Invest in a rubber pad or a rubber sheet and place it on your bed. This will protect your bedding. And you are older now and you may need to wear panties and a pad or just get Depends.I prefer Depends because you don't have to wash nasty stains out your panties. You just throw them out and put on new ones.
