What is the wear standard of crane hook?
Hook inspection:2.1 where a human powered lifting mechanism uses a hook to test the load at 1.5 times the rated load;2.2 hook for power driven hoisting mechanism, test load according to GB6067 - 85 "crane safety regulations" table 2;2.3 remove the hook load test, in the absence of any obvious defects and deformation under the condition of opening of the increase should not exceed the original opening of the 0.25%;2.3 hook should be able to support 2 times the inspection load without falling off; the hook should have manufacturing units certificate and other technical documents before they can be put into use.
Hook wear: self repair is prohibited to re-use. Where all wear and tear will be scrapped.
Scrap standardAny of the following cases shall be scrapped:3.1 cracks;3.2 dangerous section wear up to the original size 10%;3.3 opening degree is increased by 15% compared with the original size and the torsional deformation is more than 10 degrees;3.4 dangerous section or hook neck plastic deformation;3.5 plate hook bushing shall be scrapped when 50% of the original size is worn;When 3.6 plate mandrel wears up to 5%, the mandrel shall be scrapped;
