I have a pipe coming about 8 inches vertically out of my lawn. I accidentally cut the top off with my lawn mower today exposing a hole in the top of it. Any clue what it could be? I never cared until I put a big hole in it exposing it to the elements. Also, any thoughts on how to seal the 5 inch diameter hole I made?

I will be the first to say the country would be better off without Nancy Pelosi, but this Nazi crap has gone too far. She was complaining that people were showing up to those town hall meetings with signs accusing the democrats of being Nazis. Rush Limbaugh heard that, and in his mind, was able to turn it around to be Nancy Pelosi accuses the protesters and conservatives of being Nazis.
