do you have the windows vista disk, try reinstalling it if nothing else worksbefore you do that try system restore, your computer will restore itself to the time before the problem occured..
I had ADT for years and am not wealthy, it was an excellent alarm system. Then someone sold me on another company, one of those damn door to door representative things that I thought was an upgrade of the ADT system. I have had nothing but problems with this system and cannot wait for the contract to expire so I can go back to ADT.
