A compressed air/HPA aluminum tank starts around $40. Since you are using an ETek, a carbon fiber tank is the more ideal choice because of the weight, but don't expect to find a new one for less than $120. As far a loader goes, you can buy a new Empire Reloader for $64-$75 (ANS Gear.)
you arent gonna get good ones in that price range. but for a loader get the halo, any of them. for the air, you would have to get a 3000 psi tank made of aluminum. but i would suggest upping your price range.
