i own lots of makeup the 120 pallet and eye liner and all that stuff it's just stored away at the moment but what are some nice looks? if any one owns one on here.
It doesn't actually make your mouth open wider in a close open sense. It actually expands the roof of your mouth. The slow expansion actually breaks the suture line at the roof of your mouth. You can feel the little line at the roof of your mouth with your tounge. That is where the two bones are joined. The expansion pushes these two bones apart and over time new bone grows into the space making it wider and helping your upper and lower teeth fit together better (along with braces of course).
Yes they do. My daughter had to have one and I adjusted it every day. (being very careful not to frop the key down her throat) She needed a wider pallet to get her teeth straightened properly without removing any of them. There is a seam in the skull running through the roof of the mouth called a suture that when small constant pressure is put on it, expands and new bone grows into it so it cannot contract back into place.
