You won't find one that'll play those games at more than mid-low settings for that price.
Those games are very old and any recent laptop (except netbooksmaybe) should be able run these games comfortably. As for what laptop you should get, My advice is to go ask on a laptop forum and see what they tell you.
a laptop for playing games? hahaha thats a good one Laptops are not designed to play games it is designed to save energy so everything is clocked at lower rate. Laptops are also quite costly than desktop. Under ?400 you could get a laptop running gts san andreas and spending same price on a desktop you could play gta iv!! GET A PC DUDE
