Question:

what magnetic material has the bigget field size?

hi,i am wondering what magnetic material has the biggest field size? lets say i have a rectangle magnet that is polarised axially,at each end of the magnet. how far out does the magnetic field strecth from each poles for certain materials.say this rectangle is 5cm long.is there a name for this kind of measurement?

Neodymium magnets have the biggest field size. the field sizes vary and are dependent on the field strength which can vary dependent on manufacture
