Question:

What can I use to lift a concrete slab?

I was thinking about using a car jack, I only need to lift it up and level it up by putting more dirt under it. Any suggestions?

Answer:

They're pretty much all going to be the same. Don't expect much mileage or horsepower wise. Maybe 5 horsepower and 1 mile per gallon. And that's being very generous on the MPG.

Sounds goodYou didn't say how big it was.but you should be able to do that easy.Get it up and dump a couple of bags of wet concrete under it. If you have a girl friend get her under the corner and maybe you can get the 3 count on her:) nite
There are co 's that pump stuff under the slab to re level etc. It is not as simple as you think.I do not know in your country any contractors that do that
A car jack might work but when pulling small stumps I use a 20ft long 2 piece of iron oilwell tubeing (I got bunch's) its simpler and no digging is needed

None. None of them actually create more horse power, and non of them actually help on milage. If you're wanting to add more power, install new headers and an exhaust system, then install the cold air. A cold air system usually doesn't add any power, or any noticable power. If they say it can add up to 20HP or whatever, thats under the absolute best circomstances, meaning headers, exhaust, and major engine work.
