Question:

What makes a sail boat an off-shore ocean going sailboat?

What makes a sail boat an off-shore ocean going sailboat? Like shape or something? What makes a sailboat safer on the open ocean?

Answer:

Don't keep the pressure washer nozzle in one spot - it will take stucco off or, if the surface is wood, destroy the grain. Another safety tip would be to not get yourself or anyone else in the way of the nozzle when washing - the pressure is so high that it will break the skin, powering water under the skin.
I would be very careful with a gas furnace that old. Make sure you have CO detectors and that the heat exchanger has not rusted through. It could be going out because of the roll-out switches and is a good indication the heat exchanger has holes in it and you are in danger of CO poisoning. With a furnace that old, every component is suspect and some are even dangerous such as a rusted out heat exchanger. Do yourself a huge one and have a HVAC technician inspect your system immediately. On the question of which is more efficient Gas heat is more efficient with energy prices the way they are. Depending on your gas prices, resistance heat may or may not be more expensive. Again, I would warn you to have your furnace checked over throughly before you run it again. And get that CO detector.
