You can not. The power is limited by law due to health risks with higher power. You would need true line of sight with NO obstructions and external directional antenna high up connected to wireless bridges at each end. That MIGHT get you about half a mile. For enough power to reach more than that you would need at least a 60 foot mast, requiring approval from the radio regulatory control in your area. You would need to prove your capability of maintaining such high power equipment safely. You need serious qualifications for that.
hie thee to thy nearest Volunteer Fire department and start asking hard questions about what the job entails physically. yes it is very physically demanding, a fire hose under pressure can KILL you if you get side swiped by one. It will also leave a friggin' huge dent in the top of a police cruiser when you wrestle it into submission. Full torso bruising is just a bonus. maybe if you are lucky they will let you observe and/or participate in training or their Games(using a fire hose to push a giant ball down a wire is wicked awesome)
