I'm supposed to test to see if product 1 can put a small house fire out quicker than a fire extinguisher. But it is ask, how large is the experimental group? I have no idea what the means.
It would be legal if you had a burning permit, and it was an actual controlled burn. You should seek actual legal advice from your city if this is a serious question, not ask for the opinions on people that probably don't live in your area. More advice from me. This would never be considered a controlled burn, as gasoline-soaked grass would go up almost literally like an oil-soaked rag. Also. You would never be able to put out a flame like what you're suggesting with a mere water hose; the type of fire you describe would require smothering, not water. A chemical fire can't be put out with water. Also, you'd never be able to trim your grass down with flames, just destroy it. Please don't consider this. Also, your question is an oxymoron, as you cannot cut with fire. You would merely being singing it.
Nope, and your house maybe even cars, neighbor hood may catch on fire. I don't think your neighbors would like you very much if you did that. But if you are asking this question, they probably already don'tLazy? But I have to admit, way to think outside the box ;)
Even if there were no local ordinances against this type of fire, and there almost certainly ARE, you would likely be breaking EPA laws.
Every Spring my father would burn our front and back yard in El Paso, Tx. This took on a de-thatching method, and every summer we had a beautiful yard. However, he never used any form of chemical. Also, many of our neighbors did the same thing, and these homes were on lots.
Nothing - you ignore it the best you can. Most people have a sleep cycle that ends their deepest sleep at about that time. The difference is, most of us wake but roll over, go back to sleep. We don't even know we wake. The problem with the baby is, he is so excited by life and all the new stuff out there, he wakes up and immediaitely wants to try it out again. It sounds harsh but unless he is screaming at the top of his lungs crying and obviously very upset, ignore it for a few days. You will be surprised that he will drop back to sleep and catch another 3 or 4. Also, another trick is to put him to bed earlier. 10-11 is way too late for a child. My kids were always in bed by 7 - 7:30 and slept til 7 or so. You can't do this in one swoop. Start putting him to bed with a regular routine about 15 minutes earlier for 3 nights. Then move it up another 15 and wait a few more nights. Gradually work your way to an earlier bedtime.
