I want a phone mainly to text friends. The other lesser requirements would be the ability to make an emergency call and get on the internet like facebook or google. I really don't care for any apps or games or video and picture storage; although it be nice if I could play music on it. Anyways I want something that's relatively cheap for the initial purchase ($200 is my max) and that does not cost anything per month. Any suggestions?
Nope. Only when I go to Target or Wal-Mart. So annoying.
