You might, maybe, possibly be able to get someone to pay you about $100 for it. More likely, you'll be calling junk yards and begging them to tow it away without charging you. If you can get anything for it, take it. Unfortunately a 13 year old car with a seized engine isn't worth anything, it's even too old for most junk yards to want to pay for it. The cut off is usually 10 years. It's very likely that this will cost you about $100 to get towed away.

Call your local police department. If you are in a big city, at least one station should have a pair or two. If you are in a small town, they should be able to refer you to the nearest city dept. with one. Failing that, call local schools with Driver's Ed programs, or driving schools. They do drug alcohol safety as part of the courses - we threw baseballs w/ beer goggles on when I took Driver's Ed. A fire dept. might have some too, they do lots of safety seminars. Also, depending one who you are doing to course for, or where you're doing it, you may have to pay a fee to rent the goggles, and may also be encouraged to rent a police officer/instructor/etc. with the goggles.
