I am trying to find the regulation that would support an argument for the color and wear of medical brace/wraps in use with the Army PT uniform. I was recently told that they had to be white or black, but after looking at the regulations, I can't find anything. Please respond with a link or paragraph and line number to the AR you found your answer so I can find out what is regulation.
I hate thatwhat I do is put my alarm on 3 times each 10-15 apart then I put it across the room so I have to drag my *** but st ill nap for 10 min. By the time.its at its third.ring im already awake. Kinda weird but thats how I get up
The heat works, as long as you ventilate too. If you keep the windows closed and heat all you do is steam the place up.
