Answer:

Don't let her sleep for more than 3 hours at a time during the dayIf she's approaching over 3 hours, wake her up and chase her around or try to play with herYou don't need toys to play with your cat, you can pet her and chase her and put her on top of stuffhold her or anythingJust please be kind to her because she seems really bored and you don't want her to get depressedTry imagining yourself in her shoeswhat would you want to do? Also, if she's showing signs of sickness then I'd advise you to take her to the vetIf not, then why take her to the vet unless it's for shots? You can go to a local pet store and tell an animal lover (every pet store has one) about your situationHopefully they'll help you out and let you know what you need to do.
You only need to take her to the vet if she is sickTry talking to your parents about buying her some toys, a ball, laser, a soft small crib and maybe something else tooThey should be able to buy these things in any regular supermarket, it's cheap and they can do it when they are buying foodIf they say no then try to reason with themOffer to do some work around the house or something.
This seems to be irresponsible, since your family should have done your homework and see if you can buy cat toys, spend time, have monthly/yearly checkupsYou need to take your cat to the vet for checkups, you never know what's happening insideWhat is she licked some grass fertilizer? Or swallowed something dangerous?
If a cat seems healthy and always indoors, a vet isn't neededShe seems bored because no one talks to herIf your parents are always working, do they spend time with her after work? If not that could explain the boredomIf she's eating and drinking, going to the bathroom ok and doesn't have a fever, you got a bored kittyKeep playing with her, get the laser thing cats love, you can get it at the dollar storeDon't go too crazy with it though because it tires them out from excitementTry dragging a straw near the floor where shes sitting, move her around and Toss itMy cat fetches itAlso comb her, tiny interactions makes a world of a difference
OKAY DONT GET IT CHEMICALLY STRAIGTEND!! Week one 1.get a trim2.warm up some olive oil and put in hair with a shower cap and sleep in it.[extra virgin olive oil is the best] 3.when you wake up wash it out dont use a lot of shampoo though and use kinda a lot of conditioner leave in for 5minutes then wash out.[good shampoo and conditioner is shampoo:Instant Moisture Daily Shampoo by Paul Mitchell and conditioner Instant Moisture Daily Treatment by Paul Mitchell] 4.towel dry a little bit and put in some protein leave in condition I'll tell you the best thing in the world is [Extreme Anti Snap-Redken] It has all the proteins you need for your hair. Then while your hair is still damp put in some serum so your hair doesnt get huge since your not blow drying it.The best serum to put in is [Super Skinny Serum-Paul Mitchell] 5.let your hair air dry.when its done put some thermal protection i reccomend using a serum that has heat protection like [Smooth Down Heat Glide-Redken] 6.Get a good ceramic straightener thats ceramic and do not use conair,or the wet 2 dry ones.Chi is the best but its very expencive but find a good one at a salon that costs 60$ so your not spending too much.[Bedheads flat iron works good] 7.when your done straightening it put some Sunsilk Hydra TLC 24/7 creme in your hair and then put some gloss drops in your hair by Paul Mitchell.
