i would check all the bolts and bushing. it seem like something is loose as it only make noise when you go over something. a bad bushing might cause the part to be loose too as the bushing deteriorate.
It has much less to do with lack of faith and more to do with security requirements. A constructing that's used as a gathering place has to satisfy unique safety requirements. 1. It desires to have sufficient ventilation. 2. It desires to have ample doors that men and women can evacuate in an emergancy. Three. It has to have hearth extinguishers. Four. There must be as a minimum a common first help kit on the premises. 5. It needs a lightning rod. 6. The building wants to be structurally sound. Without these requirements, any situation of public assembly will likely be forcibly closed by way of regulation. Church buildings are not exempt.
