I'm looking to control internet speed to a crawl at certain time to discourage someone to use internet. Does anyone know an app that can do that? For example, at 9:00 to 3:30, set bandwith to 8 kpbs.Thanks.

Normally, there is automobile exhaust in garage, theoretically, it is advisable to install heat detector there. But under some high building there are other equipment room, like Power distribution, Air-conditioner Engine Room, Exhaust fan room, Evacuation channels for cars and personnel, these places are normally airness and spaciousness, so it is not easy to gather the heat, so in this place it is advisable to install smoke detector.
