Boss Hoss. It's got to be 15 inches. Nothing else comes close. I do not recommend that you buy one. Even more so than Harley Davidson, Boss Hoss is an expensive novelty item.
I don't know what size tires the imports are using, but as far as Harley's go, the biggest tire they use is a 200 series which is just under 8 inches. The bike you saw, could have had a wide tire conversion kit installed. Most of the custom aftermarket bikes are using 300 and 360 series tires. 300 11.8 360 14.2
You can fit a 300 or whatever size that is but is it worth it? You have to chop up the rear of your frame, deal with the spacing needed for the chain or belt if you go that route and a host of kinds of little gremlins that come out during these projects. Why do you want a big tire? Is it for the look? Because there really is no advantage and in fact, a few drawbacks. If you like the twisties, you won't. The cornering qualities really go south with a fat tire like that. Sport bikes are the only ones that come with such a difference in tire width front to back, but are designed from the drawing board that way and still don't have tires that wide.
