Freeze Dry Guy and Tactical Tailor both have systems that look good, but what do you recommend? I want something good, rugged, and comfortable, withought paying astronomical prices.
Just find a good mountain frame with padding that it will attach to. You might find a used Mil Spec one on Ebay. Any decent ones will greatly improve the weight distribution of the pack, and larger ones allow you to tie on extras.
