What to use for this mask?
it will be much easier buying than making. You could use a sheet of metal (e.g. copper) and draw/copy all the detail on it and saw it out with a jewelers saw. This will be very time consuming and tedious. Though if you don't insist that it is out of metal you could use cardboard and a scalpel. It would still be time consuming, but not quite as bad. Then you could spraypaint the cardboard a metal color. Other options like making it from wire and soldering parts together or making a mold for metal casting will be even more time consuming and have a good likelihood of failing. However, if you happen to have cheap/free access to a computer driven laser cutter you probably could get a version as a computer file and then have a laser do the precision and cutting work.
