1. On the front end interface of radar what are the specific values the user can see. 2. Does it give you size of radar cross section?3. If yes to 2, can we automatically tell about the let's say type of plane in the airspace of radar?

I always thought it meant you needed to find the tallest building and fly off. Maybe that's where I went wrong. (He says from his hospital bed)
My hunch would be that if its battery powered its not wired into any central system. If it were it would be hard wired into one of the buildings A/C circuits and not require batteries. Follow the first answerers advice.
