I'm kinda new to driving and recently moved to Oregon I hear the winters here can be bad on the roads and I was wondering what would be a good car to use on snow or iced roads.
It depends. Did you order it from a shop online? If so, it will most likely be delivered to your door. If you reserved it at the shop, you'll need to go and collect it. If you added your address on the website - it'll be delivered :)
Brunei is a peaceful and quiet country, being a muslim country - almost sedate. I do not consider safety as an issue, but there is no 100% safe place and therefore use common sense. It's proximity to the equator means humid summer weather all year round, although it gets more wet during the rainy season and this affects your choice of clothing. However, do note that some locals have the habit of turning down the air-condition temperature inside the buildings. so much so that a light jacket may be required. Service apartments are available, but instead of recommending which one, my suggestion is for you to check them out personally after your arrival since you will be staying long term as an expat. I would not recommend deciding on one, and signing a lease agreement before your arrival, only to find out subsequently that it is not what you are looking for.

if you preorder online they should send you it, if you preorder in the store you should get a phone call telling you your game is in, you take your receipt with your preorder code and you give it to them and pay for your game
When ever it comes out they will let you know and then you just go pick up your game from where ever you preorder it from.
