Have both! - Cup of wholegrain/ fiber cereal (ex: branflakes, kashi cereals, mini wheats, wheetabix, etc .) - Made with 1/2 cup milk - With a serving of added fruit (1/4 cup dried fruit, 1/2 cup fresh berries, chopped banana, canned fruit/ fruit cup/ diced fruit, 1 medium fruit- apple/ orange/ etc or 125mL- 250mL fruit juiceHope i'v helped, goodluck!
