Whats a good way to lose weight in your stomach area and upper chest? Such as what exercise's are most beneficial to these areas of your body? Any help I appreciate.
pushups situps jog bikeAny aerobic exercise that can build muscleDon't go easy on yourselfGet a partner to push you, preferable someone more fit to do the exercise so you have something to reachKeep in mind that some people are not suppose to lose certain areas of fat during certain periods of their life cycleYou may not lose what you want but I have seen great results in people who want the same things as you with these four exercisesGood Luck
I'll wait tooGenerally speaking, trying to weld up existing holes then re- drilling them, is prone to all sorts of problems1 is slag inclusionsanother is differences in the weld metal and the parent metal, and possible formation of hard spots (even relatively speaking)Then, drill bits and taps don't like hard spots or slag, and are rapidly destroyedThe hard spots or slag will also probably try to displace the drill laterally as it penetratesThen, I would wonder at how you prepare a tapped hole for welding, anywayDo you drill it out first?
For a temp solution, find a station that has a dipstick suction setupThey can suction the oil out through the dipstick holeThey used to offer quick oil changes this way, while you gassed upIf you try to drill a new drain plug opening you'll have nothing but problemsThe oil pan is reinforced (thicker) where the current drain plug is locatedIf you drill a new hole, the pan will not be thick enough to hold a new self tapping plug and prevent a continuous leakTo remove the old plug, try to force the tip of two small screw drivers under the head of the plug (180 degrees apart) as someone turns it to un-tighten itKeep wegeing something between the pan and the plug until the threads start to gripIf all else fails, drill out the old plug and replace it with a two or three oversize plugMake sure you get the metal chips out, a magnet will helpThey make over-sized plugs that are self tapping for just the problem you haveAlso use a gasket around the new oversized plug and DON'T overtighten itOne more thing, they sell plugs with a magnet protruding into the oil, try to use one of these if they come in oversized plugsGood Luck, Zack
