what is additive toxicity, what can it cause while combining medication that I got from my doctor, he didn't tell me nothing about additive taxicity by mixing this 2 medication that I'm about to take, but I did some research and found out that it causes additive toxicity, can some please tell me more about it?

An effect in which two substances or actions used in combination produce a total effect the same as the sum of the individual effects. i.e.This contaminate called chundering sulfate, when combined with heparin, has a super additive effect, so that's leading to strokes. The combined effect of drugs that, when used in combination, produce an effect that is greater than the sum of their separately measured individual effects. i.e.Turmeric has the ability to lower blood pressure and may therefore have an additive effect if taken with drugs that also lower blood pressure.Talk to your doctor.
