It's highly unlikely that you'd notice a fire and have enough time to run out of the house without finding something to put around you along the way. But if that's the case, it's best to behave as if you weren't naked. People are comforted by that. If you're outside and still can't find something to put around you, knock on the neighbors door and ask them to call 911. They'll likely ignore that you're naked if you don't behave like you are, and they'll eventually get you something to wear. Problem solved. Being naked isn't that terrible.
if I were you I would just be what I am no amount of make up will make you look better also it has to be taken off at some point what then you are back where you started, just be natural and take care of your skin.
