When you approach a yellow diamond street sign that says &speed hump&, do you obey it, or do you need a spanky?
I had this issue last year. it was irritating with the constant popping in the jaw when I ate and yawned. It lasted several months but was not painful. It eventually went away.
TELL YOUR DENTIST i have fibromyalgia and the jaw muscles cramp after about 10 min. i let the dentist know and we agree on a hand signal so that i can relax and move my jaw to stop the cramps.
I have the same problem. Some of us carry more static electricity than others. My wife has no problem. I have a major problem. I have even made my computer screen go blank and had to restart the whole system. Wearing sweaters or sweatshirts is out of the question. The only thing I found that helps is to increase the humidity in the house. I carry a large nail around in my shirt pocket and am constantly using it to touch metal stuff in the house to discharge myself.
i have tmj too, I usually put some ice where the joint hurts. my tmj is worse in the winters. try not to pop it or eat and chew too hard, as for me that has only made it worse and inflamed. they have surgery where you can get the joint removed or something like that, but it wont help much unless you are in serious pain. sometimes antibiotics help. ibprofen works sometimes, and there is also a tmj massage therapy in my area but my tmj isnt bad enough for that.
