Question:

Where can i buy sheet metal?

Id prefer diff metals, thickness, finish, etc. im looking for what kinda shop to go to im making a electric power supply.

Answer:

yes, i recently had to replace my radiator be cause it went bad and let water into my transmission. So ,, now that you have replaced the bad radiator you will need to flush the trans to get all the old trans fluid/water out of it. I did it myself , it was not very difficult for me to do, but i am mechanically inclined. it cost me the cost of 4 gallons of trans fluid and i also changed my trans filter too. Cost me about $85 to do it myself. if you have a friend that knows a little about working on cars to help you, you can do it in a couple of hours. to learn how google how to flush a car transmission that is what it did and just followed the directions. you don't need an air hose and all that. just the 4 gallons of trans fluid , a bucket , hose to connect it to the bucket.
The tranny fluid got there from the coolant lines from the tranny. From that point it is hard to ascertain what fluid went where. I would check my tranny fluid and see if you see any coolant in it. The biggest problem would be tranny fluid in the cooling system, which I would flush. I don't think you have to worry about your tranny, as I would leave that alone.
get it towed and have the trans completely serviced! the radiator is likely one of the throw away models with a plastic tank so it too must be replaced. the complete flush is much cheaper than a new trans. water contaminated trans fluid will ruin the internal parts! the radiator wont need flushed as it will be new but the block MUST be flushed.
Call around to different lumber store.they should be able to help u
