I want to make 10 inch flour tortillas. The only presses I can find are for 6 inch. I would rather not have an electric model that cooks the tortillas. Just a press. I have seen them used on TV, but I can't find them to purchase anywhere.
I use VillaWare Grand Wrap Tortilla and Flatbread Maker. It works great. I think VillaWare does sell large Tortilla Press only You may also Google for Chapati makers and Chapati press. These are available in Indian stores and online. They can handle 25 cm, which is same as 10
You don't need a press, just make them with a kitchen roll on a flat surface. My mother actually used a piece of 2 steel pipe for years to make them.
