Look in the Manila newspaper. There are auctions for all kinds of construction equipment. At least there was in May when I was there.

try Subic, there's always an ad regarding surplus heavy equipment and i know of several Companies that bought their equipment in Subic. Big discounts, you just have to bring a mechanic to really pick good ones...
Try Subic, they have auctions over there. Too bad you didn't post a month earlier, I believe AIA just had an auction last end of May. But tell your boss to expect a big hole in his wallet though, last I heard, a surplus D-50 bulldozer and even 10 wheeler dumptrucks cost somewhere around 1.2 to 2M nowadays, no thanks to the mining rush in Mindanao. Just google subic heavy equipment auctions, i'm sure you'll hit lots of sites there.
