Like in the piercing shops, they pierce it with the needle and the plastic tube thingy... Then they take the needle out and leave the hollow plastic tube in the put the lip ring..,... I was wondering where can I buy that?

The needles are generally soldered by the piercer and the tube is special order. There is a reason that you have to be licensed to be a piercer you know, things like infection, sterilization, and laws
