tire for my nissan sentra 2005 - tire needed is P195 55 16 but P205 55 16 willalso work?

If you just need one tire and don't have much money you may want to try an auto wrecking and salvage place. Be cautious about using another size tire even if the outer diameter is the same, you should only do that with both front or both rear tires or you could have handling problems.
