Anyone is free to hoist the national flag in his house. But if someone crash enters my house to do anything, even hoisting a national flag, I will not allow that. People of other states need not go to JK to demonstrate their patriotism. They can do so in their own states. How many Indians are in fact doing flag hoisting even in their own house? Then, why this insistence of doing so in a state where one is not living. Hoisting a national flag in one's own house is a patriotic act, but not so by crashing into another person's home. If a citizen of India hoists a flag of another country in India on independence day or on replublic day, it is an act of treachery which should be severely dealth with by the government. Separatists of JK too should not be allowed to do such an act. Edit: Political parties should take up major issues like corruption, black money in Swiss Banks, inflation, illiteracy, law and order and developmental works. Sri Nitish Kumar, Sri Narendra Modi and Ms. Mamta Banerjee are concentrating on issues which affect the society and on jobs of public importance which is the right approach. I can see long political career for leaders and parties that would concentrate on such matters. Voters of India have matured over the years and would not tolerate anti-social elements and promotion of emotional issues like temple or flag and would vote for public welfare only.
